I'm Caroline and I am passionate about helping people to move more, feel better and have fun with my classes. I have been teaching group fitness for over 16 years and just love the way working out in a group makes you feel part of something! I am commited to growing my community of like minded people who want to work out without judgement. Whatever your reasons for wanting to join us, whether it's to improve your health and fitness, weight loss, stress release, reduce chronic pain or just to dance like no ones watching, we have a class for you!

Why not try RockBox, a fitness therapy session for the body and mind set to an epic Rock playlist! We also have a Circuit class for a full body workout with both bodyweight and weighted exercises.

Pilates

Do you suffer from back or joint pain? Want to move easier and feel better? Our Pilates classes can help you!
Choose from
PILATES - a mind-body mat based, low impact exercise class that requires core stability, strength, and flexibility, and attention to muscle control, posture, and breathing which helps you to function better in every life.
SPINE CARE PILATES - a gentler version of Pilates that takes into account modifications for spinal conditions such as Osteoporosis, Arthritis and Disc Herniation. This class is either mat based or on a chair for those that find it challenging to get on and off the floor easiliy.
TRIGGER POINT PILATES combines Pilates exercises with myofascial release using some small equipment such as the foam roller and spiky balls. The perfect class for anyone looking to undo muscular restrictions, unwind tension and de-stress . You will feel like you have had a massage afterwards!
